Horgen Labs is ready for the innovation power of forward-looking companies. Time-consuming planning, evaluation and fit-out phases can be reduced, because up to 15,000 m² of laboratory space and 10,000 m² of office space are already largely ready for use. Office-only or lab-only leasing is possible, as is combined use – from small units to large areas.

Laboratories

Modern BSL-1 and BSL-2 laboratories with a total area of around 15,000 m² in various room sizes are located in buildings A1 and L2. They can also be leased in combination with office space.

Offices

Up to 10,000 m² of office space in small, medium or large units is available, including entire floors, and is ready for occupancy. A range of layouts is possible. Combined use with laboratories is possible.

Gastronomy

The campus restaurant Rietwies Circle provides food and drinks for employees and guests. Freshly prepared daily with regional products.

Sport

The site includes four tennis courts and a fitness center (paid access). The nearby forest offers jogging and cycling routes, and Parkbad Seerose is ideal for a swim at lunchtime or after work.
